Yeshi Lham, the CEO of Lhojong Dumra Tours, is a highly accomplished and experienced professional with a strong educational and career background. She successfully completed her Hotel Operations Management Training from the prestigious Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, India, in 2011. This training provided her with the necessary skills and expertise to excel in the hospitality industry. Additionally, she completed industrial exposure training at the Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, India, in 2008, further solidifying her knowledge and expertise.
Yeshi Lham’s extensive work experience includes working as a Guest Service Associate in the Front Office department at the Taj Tashi Hotel in Thimphu, Bhutan, from 2009 to 2011. She also served as Duty Manager, Front Office, at the Taj Tashi Hotel from 2013 to 2014 and Assistant Manager Front Office at Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, from 2012 to 2013. Her experience in the hospitality industry has helped her develop excellent customer service skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences to her clients.
In addition to her work in the hospitality industry, Yeshi Lham is also a successful business owner. She is the owner of Semtokha Homestay Villa in Thimphu, Bhutan, and Lhojong Dumra Tours, a travel agency that provides customized tour packages to Bhutanese visitors.
